Utorrent tracker constantly updating

Ultima Posted August 19, Posted August 19, It updates every second. It goes between updating, ok, and tracker errors, but this doesn't happen with Azureus. JohnnyWadd Posted August 19, My problem just stays on updating, it never switches to anything else. I haven't messed with any advanced settings at all. Any clues? Ishi Posted August 19, Reset all settings that I have made in utorrent even though i havent changed anything since i first downloaded it since last format I'm not sure what else to do..

Nefarious Posted August 19, Ultima Posted August 20, Posted August 20, I another suggestion "If you got a 2nd pc, run a torrent in utorr on it, just to check if somehow your router is messing utorr up. DreadWingKnight Posted February 10, What internet security software do you have installed? What advanced settings have been changed? Posted March 10, Posted September 25, I am also facing the same problem. I have checked firewalls and utorrent is added in exceptions lists. Otherwise speed of internet is fine. Can any body please help me and suggest me the solution of this problem? DreadWingKnight Posted September 25, I have tried 1. The bug has to be caused by some windows updates back in middle august, any version of windows.

I run vista sp2. The only bug it had then was toolbar icon would not all load together. It runs Torrent 1. Knowing, if OS other than windows based OS are having this bug or not, would help pin-point the problem;.

After deleting both of the resume. Now, having to reassigning some 50 torrents uploads is not the solution. Even though it worked, I don't wanna do that kind of fixing that way again, but would really like to know why this has work.

The real question could be; what was in those "resume" files that made utorrent updating its tracker constantly non-stop? Trying different versions of the same program is hardly an evidence of it's innocence. If you ran into this problem using different application, that's a whole different story.

One more thing - does the recent update address the problem in any way, or is it completely unrelated? Start new topic. Recommended Posts. Please, do tell. DreadWingKnight Posted October 24, CrazyCanuck Posted October 25, Posted October 25, DreadWingKnight Posted October 25, And bringing up the broken concept of private trackers doesn't help your argument at all. Archived This topic is now archived and is closed to further replies.
